– how often do you see you golf coach?

– for the first three years I saw mine every 2-3 weeks throughout the year, rain or shine

– do you have a business mentor or coach? Someone to whom you can talk independently.

– how often do you sit down and plan how a meeting is going to go?

– I make a point of buying a course planner for every course I go to. They’re all in a shoebox (well two now) at home. Before I go back to a course for a second time

– do you rehearse important pitches?

Follow the numbers

– what are your golf scores. What is your sales pipeline?

– what are your stats tee to green, bunker saves, no of putts? What are your marketing stats, campaign reports, lead generation

Playing lessons

– when do you role play in business?
